This guy have been calling my daughter and friends all night and day so we need to put a stop to this or were going to call the cops...

calls in the middle of the night his name is "Frank" dont know what he wants I ask him what does he need and all he answers is I dont Know.......

This person keeps on calling my phone even at night.

I've gotten calls from this number all night long and its been continuing through out the morning. Idk what im supposed to do, but i have no way of blocking that number.
