Craigslist ad claimed to have rental property. I filled out an application sent him $1450 via Zelle and now nothing. Dude is a scammer, stay away!

Guy claimed to have a house for rent turns out it was all bs just wanted deposit money

Pretended to be a landlord, ghosted us after deposit paid

I also was given the name Garcia Luis and the email "[email protected]" I know of at least one house he's trying to rent out actually shows in public records from the Tax commissioner and Tax****essor that it's actually owned by Open House Atlanta Reality and Investments LLC.
