I get the same calls frequently - at least once a day - and most of the time when I answered, no one was there...  Yet occasionally, I have had calls from AT&T where a person WAS on the line and wanted to get me to come back to AT&T.  So far I haven't heard a good enough enticement to interest me.  AT&T (& SBC before them and Ameritech before that) have the WORST service record of any company I have ever dealt with.  I still have 27 pages of hand-typed notes on my computer - do***enting all the people I spoke with and what they said they would do to fix just one problem I had with them.  It took three years before it was finally resolved - during which they illegally dinged my credit card for over $800 (expressly a***nst my authorization) and cut off my all phone lines twice - for a week each time - in their efforts to fix the problem.  They owe me at least 120 hours of my time (spent on hold or talking with useless people who sound good but accomplish nothing).  The only solution that finally worked was to file a***nst them with the credit card company and to send my do***entation to the Michigan Public Service Commision - which finally got AT&T's attention.  I'm paying more for Charter's phone service now, but I just cannot bring myself to choose AT&T a***n.  They are a nightmare to deal with.p.s. to Savannah - I'd like to know how you got all three services from Charter for $70/month(?) - I'm paying almost double that!  Are you getting just the most basic minimum services?

THIS PROVES THEY DON'T FOLLOW THE LAW OR THEIR OWN RECORDS.I'M ON DONOTCALL FOR 2 YEARS NOW. I JUST CANCELLED MY AT&T IN DEC 2008 DUE TO 3 YEARS OF HORRENDOUS SERVICE (THE FULL PACKAGE). I AM NOW IN COLLECTION WITH AT&T AND HAVE FORMALLY DISPUTED THIS WITH AT&T. (I AM BEING CHARGED FOR JANUARY & FEBRUARY 2009 SERVICES WHEN AT&T CLOSED MY ENTIRE ACCOUNT ON 12-29-08, AND DISCONNECTED ME !!!) I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY TO MY DO***ENTED DISPUTE AS OF 3-21-09.THEY ARE HARASSING ME A***NST THE LAW. THEY WON'T EVEN IDENTIFY THEMSELVES ON THE CALLER ID.

I have received many calls from this number.  It's AT&T selling High S***d Internet - DSL.

I received three calls a day from this number for the past several months but when I answer the caller ****s up.  I have received several voice mails with nothing but dead air from them as well.

This number rings my house 3-5 times a day.  Morning, noon, and night.  The line is always dead.  I called them back.  I am still on the line with them.  I have been on hold for more than 40 mins.  I am tired of hearing how important my call is.  The recorded message stated the call will be recorded for training purposes.  Good!  I am giving them a piece of my mind about their customer service practices.  This is insane.  How busy can they possibly be that it takes more than 40 mins to answer a call?????

We switched to AT&T UVerse a few months ago.  This number called today and I called back.  The person said "We noticed you left AT&T and would like to see what we can do to get you back".  When I told him I was still with AT&T he seemed surprised.  Obviously, someone is not purging records properly.

They call every day around the same time. Like clockwork. I never answer phone calls I do not recognize (number). They never leave a message.

Several calls from this number--annoying--I did not answer

This phone keeps calling and theres no one there, possibly a conputer glitch..We just got this Inet phone, maybe its the issue, inet phone, Who knows.Does anyone know where 915 area code is ???

I used to have family members that lived in West Texas. They are all deceased now. It would be interesting to find out where in West Texas that call came from.

Wasn't home, caller left no message

Getting numerous calls from this number.

This number calls me almost every day when I am not home to answer the phone.  But with caller id, I would not answer it in the first place if I did not know the name.  I am on the "DO NOT CALL" registry, but I guess they do not have the list.

I answered and said, "Hello -*****o? -*****o!"  Finally a man said "Hello?" and then ***g up on me before I could tell him to take my number off his list.  Creep!

They're calling me now too. I usually just pick up and then **** up. F***ers.

This was a recorded message and I thought that I heard the caller mention so****ing about AT&T, but can't be certain. They gave a number to call if I had questions, but because it was given only once and quickly and I did not write it down.

I get periodic calls from this number. No message left.

I am receiving a call every day from 915-4425876 at about 10.30 to 11.00 AM. When I lift the phone no one is talking. Who is this? Why they are calling? What they want?  Are they are spying or taping the phone?

2 calls in two days....did not answer the phone. No message was left.

Didn't answer and no voicemail was left.  Wonder if it is AT&T?  I see above that was the caller name.  We just switched from AT&T to a different phone service.  Hate AT&T and in the past, they have been the worst for telemarketing--and we had paid them extra on our service for the unpublished/unlisted number!

This is AT&T! I called back to see who it was. I got a phone worker who tried telling me about a promotional deal. the deal was a bundle of 3 services:internet, phone, tv for $99! Wow $99? Thats crazy. i normally go through charter and for a bundle exactly the same i pay $70. Big difference.

I get a call from here at least once a week, I have my numbers on the do not call list already. I do not answer it- but it is annoying.
