Sent me an email saying that I’ve been approved to get $5,000 then told me he had my bank account rounting and account number he made it seem liked he worked for advance america

Norman blackwell is his name he has another # 1-915-400-5921 he is posing as a loan officer he's telling people that they are approved for any thousand dollar loan and to get this loan he wants you to send him money from either CVS Walgreens or Dollar General he says to call him. & he will talk u threw.

This with me the **** he was saying doesn't make sense and I kept questioning him and he didn't like that and then all sudden I got a new number from him I'm not going to make sense and he told me he moved to the New York office from Texas a bunch of BS! So I confronted him I haven't gotten an answer I asked him why he was doing this to people

The caller said that my brother was approved for 12,130. He have been scammed out of 3,900 and they’re still saying he owes a balance on an old account.

They act like part of a big company, with “headquarters” in El Paso TX. They told my friend that they are affiliated with Cash Advance America and Ace Cash Express. I loan my friend $800 to get the loan from these people (Derrick Smith and Norman Blackwell) She never got the loan or her money back. Be aware, these are professional scammers !!!!!

Todays date is 08/29/2019 @ 2:25pm I been having phone calls from this number they called couple times then I answer and it seems they pick up kuz its quite on the background nd no body says nothing then I call back it rings then it goes to voicemail saying. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NUMBER AND DETAILS AND I WELL GET BACK TOO YOU. So****ing like. That guy from the voicemail he from another country.

They email phony loan do***ents followed by a phone call to attempt to get access to your banking log in.

Trying to steal my personal info this is a fraud number for sure
