Call answerer said he represented Norton Antivirus and Firewall. I called because I got an apparently real email about charging me $299.99 for a two year renewal. The phone number was in the email. I don't want that and called to cancel. He s****ed to get into Western Union transfer back to me and installed a remote control app on my computer. I think he was aiming for my bank account information, he did not name my correct bank, I stopped the transaction and have deleted the remote control app. I don't think Norton operates this way.
