This number called me with a man on the line saying he was from Tmobile and that there was going to be an outage later that night. He has called me 3 days in a row. I asked him where he was located and he was giving me an address but every time I asked him to repeat it he would repeat it differently. He had a very thick accent like he was from the Philippines or Jamaica. He kept on asking for my address, did not give it to him. I called Tmobile and they said the do not call customers to let them know about an outage.
