I got a from a number 646-918-0991. On the Caller ID it stated SEYMOUR S. The gentlemen with an Indian accent describe above stated that I applied and was approved for a loan with USACashNet, that the said company wired me funds and I never repaid them. He stated that they have a court order with my information including my name, social, birthday, and banking information. All of my information was correct EXCEPT for my social. The gentlemen read it back to me and I advised him that was incorrect, but I DID NOT give him the correct number. He even admitted that the court order may have misprinted information contained in it. He also stated that I was being charged for fraud, and three other charges looking to face a penalty of $4,000-$5,000 if I couldn't prove my innocence in the court of law. He gave me two options: to face them in court, or settle out of court where I would have to pay the amount of roughly $360. I told him I was paying anything and that I would wait for the said "court order" within 48 hours. It said very bogus because I check my bank records everyday and NOONE from any payday lender has wired me anything..what a sham

I got a call from Financial Crimes regarding a debt I owe from Fastcash.First of all I dont' even know what fastcash is in regard to.  He had alot of myinformation and I would like to report them but I can't seem to find a numberor name to call.

yeah i called the fbi office in my state and gave them the number...since they wanted to say that my brother was being investigated by them. they say it's a total scam. i gave them the number and this "steve clark" guys number

They called my mom, had her panicking. She called me at work, I left work early.They said I owe $987 and some c****e. Or I was going to jail.WHAT?Yeah, It's a scam.

These people tried to scam me.people be careful giving info over the internet,i tried to get a fast cash loan,gave all my info,never received a dime,then i got a call monthes later,from a guy named mike edwards,an american name but the guy had a indian accent,he was claiming their had been money transfered into my account,which was false,he said if i didnt pay,he was taking me to court,people dont be fooled,beware of internet fraud.its real.

called me at work. Said name was Robert Garcia yet he has an Indian accent.I believe it may be the same con artist that tried to get money from me before.I had to c****e my phone number.
