We have a great plan for you to "give " you money, but it will cost you X to get involved etc. etc etc. Typical bs and non native English speaker . I get a lot of these "garbage" calls, but I know before I answer because I have an app that alerts me.

Basically a great deal on a financial package (mortgage etc.) I get so many junk calls I don't give them much time. I will sometimes let them think they have a "live" one. I figure I'm able to "mess" with them and it might prevent a real victim.
