I just received the same text on my cell phone.It said "your pre-approved 4.98%" and a bunch of other stuff. It was from Liberty Mortgage Lender, The text came from****-***-5987 and prompted me to call 877-890-0038.

Unsolicited text message received.  Resulted in 20 cent charge on my cell phone bill.

I got a text message on my cell phone which states the following:'You're Pre-Approved! 4.79% APR FHA Fixed Rate Mortgage! 3.25% APR Equity Line! Call Liberty Mortgage Lender NOW: 1-866-204-8521. Approval Code: ***1
