Months-old instructions for out of state travelers arriving in NY about testing and quarantine restrictions. Text claimed that I am an individual who has traveled between states ----which I am not. Requested that I text them back to confirm that I have received a negative COVID test or am in self-quarantine.

It stated that I had arrived from another state and that I had to quarantine myself for ten days. It instructed me to call with the number s****ing 929-296 and if I need a safe place to stay I could cal 212-COVID19.

To inform me that I had recently arrived from another state with a high COVID 19 rate and that I should quarantine for 14 days.
