these people have been calling me for the past 2 years saying that i owe 300.00 for a loan that i never received. and that if i didnt pay them they was taking me to court. i called my bank and they looked back a year of deposits and reinsured me that nothing was ever deposit into my account. i then told the people that if this is so and someone deposit money into my account then take me to court and i will fight with them there until then dont call me a***n. they still call me every 3 months. about ready to get my number c****ed

These people called my place of business and told me that I needed to pay over $5000 dollars for a loan that was suppose to be $200.  They won't send me anything in writing, keep lowering amount to pay today and tell me I have only one hour.  Please don't send these people any money unless they agree to send you so****ing in writing....which they won't

These people called me twenty times yes****ay telling me that if I didn't pay them the 800 dollars I owed them they were calling the cops. Later they called saying I needed to pay 20000 dollars or they will send the cops to arrest me and contact my job. They kept harassing me all day so I went to the cops and told them. They said it was a scam and if they continue to call contact them a***n and file crimal harassment a***nest them. This number the guy told me his name was Brett farve and worked for the national crime center in NY. There is no such thong and I knew it was a scam as soon as he said his name. They only know the last four of my SS # and bank account. I'm not worried I have Lifelock and they said they dobt have anything. They are scams and what so ever don't give them money and be nice to them harass them right back and they will leave you alone. If they know your vunlerable they will continue to call you.

I LOVE THIS IDEA!!!!! I might s**** doing this!!! They called my friends and family and worried my cousin sick.  I think more people should join the cause but get all the phone numbers tried...theres others I was just reading similar forums!

This literally just happened to me but I find it funny they never directly called me, the called my family and friends saying that they needed to find me I owed them money and if I didnt come up with 20,000that I was going to go away. My cousin a recipient of one of these calls, freaked out of course and calls me to tell me what happened and to make sure I'm alright.  He was smart and saved the number, extension and the persons "name" that he talked to.  I calledthem myself because I didnt know what was going on.  The had alot of my personal informationwhich does scare me and I'll take care of that in the morning but I fought and argued with them.  And when I was too frustrated to speak, my mom got on the phone and cussed them out to.  I called the cops immediately, and they sent the sheriff's deputy out.  He tried to call them from his cell phone number and they wouldn't pick up.  We also called our lawyer, and the credit bureau just to make sure.  No matter what dont give in by sending money.  We asked for a physical street address, they wouldnt give us one.  We asked what company they were representing, they said they weren't that they were with the National Crime Center and then they asked us to send my info via email. My mom was like***** no, I want a mailing address CC: my attorney...you can take it up with him but not to call ever a***n to threaten to take me away.  It definitely ruined my evening and made me lose my appe***e but I'm not going to give up by finding out as much as I can about them.  They know everything about me...well I want to know everything about them too and would prefer to find out when they're behind bars!

I received a call from this number today.  First on my cell and then at work.  I always notice that they only can give the last 4 of my ss# and bank account.  That tells me that they don't have all of the information.  Besides, you can not be arrested for not paying a bill.  Sued, yes.  But they never seem to send any papers.  I get these calls every couple of months.  I just quickly let them know that I am know it is a scam and to quit calling or I will file charges a***nst them.  And then I **** up.  It has worked everytime except today but a gave him Langhorne Debt Solutions phone # since I am signed up with them to settle my payday loans.  I actually had one of them call me back and tell me that he loved me and was coming to my house to F*** me.  Really?!  Please, no one fall for this.

I received a message from****-522-0683 saying that they are from the office of  Stanley, and that they have my name, address and ss#. They also said that I've been filed as a criminal and that if I fail to call them back, they can't say what's going to happen to me or anyone beside me. I called the police and reported everything and they're coming to my house now.

These people have been calling work, friends and my cell phone. They said that I owe $1083 for a payday loan. All of my pay day loans are up to date. I called the police they told me to only give them money if they send me a written do***ent. I asked for a do***ent. They said that they can't send it to me.

I'm talking with a sheriff right now. reporting every detail of info they gave me. Myrtle Beach, SC was also given.

The really scary thing about this is these scammers had my SS # !

Just got a call from these people and he actually tried to tell me his buisness was part of the Federeal Government ! This after I told him pay day loans were illegal in NY state, and I worked for a lwyers office ! Idiots ! When I demanded the name of the buisness and a call back number I was told the name was NCC National Crime Center ! These people are a joke and barely speak english ! Recors anu phone calls they make to you, becasue they are lawsuit city with their tactics.

A lady came to the Ocala Police Department, Ocala Florida, today to report that someone by the name of Mike called her at home and told her that if she didn't pay a bill she owed from November 2009 for $490.00 that someone would be at her home at 5:00pm today to arrest her and that they would also bring someone to take custody of her children. Contact was made with Mike who had an Indian accent and when questioned as to who he was and what company he represented ***g up on the officer calling.  Mike also stated that he was from a Law Firm but did not release the name.

Last week this man called saying he was Mr. Watson and today he is Mr. Johnston. How do I get rid of him.

Some Mike Johnson called saying he was from the New York NCC National CrimeCenter and that I owed x amount money for a payday loan and if I would have called him back sooner it would have been cheaper but now with res***ution and court cost it is now up too $3000.00 and if I dont pay it the officers will be there to pick me up.

I routinely call  back the numbers posted here and tie these people up from getting any work done or scamming any money. I interrogate them, harass them back and bully them to the point of ethnic intimidation. Then I say to them, so karma is a b***h. How do you like being threatened. I tell them I am calling on behalf of all the people they have been calling and I even told them to come to this site and see how they are being exposed. I make it a habit in my free time to totally destroy these low life 3rd world trash. JOIN ME EVERYONE.

My friend and secretary received a phone call from this number. They left a long message on my friend's answering ma****e. They told her that if they did not hear from me within a certain amount of days they will proceed with the case and press legal charges. I have been getting a lot of calls from different numbers. I am up to date with all of my pay day loans and there are not any judgements on my credit report. I think this is a scam.

These people have called my parents house and my cell phone claiming I owe money for a loan I never received. They have my old bank account number and social security number and are threatening to arrest me for non-payment. They called me and said I had ten minutes to come up with $1600 to settle or they will sign an affidavit and send it to local authorities who will then talk to my neighbors, go to my place of employment to speak with my colleagues and manager, and take me into custody for "a couple hours." I placed a call to my bank to look over the transactions from my old account number, and no such deposit was found. Please, I urge you if you receive a call from these people do NOT listen to them, ask as many questions as you can, get all of their information. NEVER offer them any information or settle because they will threaten you with all sorts of nonsense that they have no legal right to execute. They would not even give me the day this supposed transaction took place, claiming they "cannot disclose that."

I fell for it too unfortunately and am out nearly $1,000. Now they are trying to get me a***n for a loan that I never even received! I threatened to file a formal complaint after I checked my statements from my old bank account just to confirm that the alleged funds were in fact never disbursed and this John Watson said to have the police call him. He told me I had ten minutes to come up with $1600 to settle or go to court and I better win because if not then I will be fined $15,000 in legal fees. Reading these other messages, he is not even consistent with the name of the company he works for. I was told it was the financial crimes and enforcement network and they represent a district court in NY.

This crazy ****** man has been calling me everyday, and every time he calls he ask for a different name...What do I do???? I will be forced to c****e my number cause of his ****** calls. I've called him and threathen to call the police, al he can tell me is that they r coming to my house right now to arrest me. What is going on?

I also received a call from a John Watson stating he was from the National Crime Center.  Of course, I was ****** and bit.  I sent them $500 and the next day my bank calls and stated that put a stop on my debt card and checking account.  They also informed the attorney generals offices.  I was contacted by the attorney generals office and was told to not send any money.  When I told Mr. Watson that the attnorey generals offfice had called and said that if they called back to give them their number and they would explain things.  These people went as far as to say that we were on a three way call with the attorney generals office with one of them acting like he was that person.  I feel really ****** for falling for it in the first place but I have learned from my mistakes.  If one calls a***n I know to demand proof before sending a dime.  Thank goodness god was looking out for me.

Different person called me from the same number: Claimed to be John Watson or John so****ing. He asked me if I got his message and I told him no (which I did'nt). He asked me twice if I got the message and I told him no a***n. He sighed as if he was'nt interested in telling me what the deal was. So I asked him who he was and he told me from the Crime Enforcement Department. I cut him off and told him that there was no such thing and to do me a favor and not call my number a***n. I knew that this whole thing was bogus because I got a call one month ago from these same people. I have not received a letter, judgement, court order or anything legal regarding these crazy scammers and their hoax. Don't fall for their games. You can tell in their voice (which is foreign) and use of words that they are fake. Especially if you have no legal action pending a***nst you. I check my credit report occassionaly. By law, they have to send so****ing to you in writing after their first attempt to collect anything (that's if you owe anyone). One month later and nothing in writing. Just **** up the phone on these people. I did. They will eventually get tired of harrassing you and move on.

Just a follow up on Allen and his fake firm. I did not receive anymore phone calls from this strange man or his so called officers, after I told him not to call my number a***n or I would call the police. However, please note that it's not that these crooks are afraid of the law, because they know that they can not be caught. You have to be the one to beat them in this filthy game of theirs. These people do not want to waste their precious time fooling around with wise people. They will just move on to the next victim. If you show them the least amount of vulnerability, then they believe that they have you and will try to interrogate and harrass you until they can get you to empty out your bank account. It's a very ***** game to win your money, rather if you really owe anything or not. I believe that their operations are too illegal for them to even think about takng you to court. I also believe that if the orinal source of who I actually owe money to that can't come clean and out in the open, was an illegal operation (PayDay Loan) in the first place. Either that, or it's pure iden***y theft; hackers stealing or buying information from an internal source. For one example: An online PayDay loan application;etc. But that's not it. I think our name and information is in some kind of hackers database, where not just one, but many illegal or foreign hackers have access to this information by purchasing it from a third party( the original hacker) and they make good money by contacting their leads (victims) trying to accuse them for a debt they do not or no longer owe, in hoping to make some big profits. And where does the money go? In their pockets, not to the so called debtors. I have basically *****ed down these hackers systems. The wiser you get, the more they will leave you alone, trust me.

My dad got a call from these people looking for me. They called me a year ago and I fell for it. They are not legit. If they refuse to put anything in writting it is because mail fraud is a fellony. Do not do anything unless they send it in writting. They will tell you they are pressing charges a***nst you and that you will be arrested. My local police department****ured my I could not be arrested even if I did owe money.

Allen Hill called me threatening with a lawsuit for not paying back a payday loan in Nov. 2007. Never received a letter or phone call from US Cash Advance. He wanted me to pay over the phone and I told him that I would not do that. I had these creepy calls before. I think these Indian speaking people are illegal bill collectors. There not get anythng from me. I would rather here it from the real source. A judge would say the same thing.
