Leave a CommentI have previously posted about this number. It is Reliance Air Duct and Carpet Care, not Reliance Home Care. I have reported them to the Texas PUC and the FTC for violation of the Do Not Call List and violating the telemarketing regs for calling after 9:00 p.m. I finally contacted my local police department and made an informational complaint because the person they were asking for at our house would have been over 75 years old. Previously the callers had given me a bogus local phone number and address. I was also concerned that the people kept saying my address like they would come see me sometime. Here' the SCOOPIt is RELIANCE AIR DUCT AND CARPET CLEANING - Dallas and Houston locationsTHE NEW YORK NUMBER IS SO THAT THEY CAN USE VOICE OVER INTERNET CALLING.THE DALLAS ADDRESS IS 10925 ESTATE LANE, SUITE 100, DALLAS, TX AND THE DALLAS NUMBER IS 214-382-5610.THE WEB PAGE IS relianceairduct.com.I WENT ON THE WEB PAGE AND SENT AN EMAIL TO THEM TELLING THEM WHO ALL I HAD REPORTED THEM TO. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME. ALSO I ENCOURAGE YOU TO FILE A REPORT ON THE FEDERAL AND STATE DO NOT CALL LIST COMPLAINT FORMS. IT IS EASY TO DO ONLINE.The people who have called me speak such broken English, up to now I thought the company was Reliant or Alliance. The "home care" part of the name they use on the phone is nowhere to be found. I think it is to put roadblocks in for people who try to report them
Have received 3 calls from them in 3 days. Answered once. Heavy accented guy said they would be on my street(got the street name right) doing carpet cleaning. I just ***g up.
Did not leave message. I don't answer calls if they won't identify who is calling on Caller ID. I have trained my children not to answer the phone if it is from an unknown caller as well.
The prefix 555 should be a clue that this is a fake number, that prefix is used in TV an Movies so that someone's real number is not given out. Just got a call from that number for the first time today.... of course I didn't hear the phone ring because it is used for internet only....
I get calls from this number all the time so I just screen the call and do not answer it.
Got a **** up call from this number a little while ago. I investigated it and found all this info about this particular number. It appears to be one to avoid for sure!
971-555-3321 called and it also said Dir.****t - NY - they identified themselves as Reliance Home Care and would be in our area and I ***g up the phone.
Why would this show up as DIR****T NY????? I take that to be Directory****istance New York - don't know anyone there, never been there, see no reason the would be calling me.
This number has called multiple times, but when we answer, no one is there. It usually takes several rings to find the phone, HA!
Person called and asked for non-existent person in household...asked for the owner of our home...told her that I am her husband...asked 3 times for the purpose of the call and each time the woman in broken English s****ed reading from her script....still don't know the purpose of the call...***g up after the third time of asking the purpose of the call. I am also on the Do Not Call Registry...may these people burn in*****!
CONFIRMED credit card SCAM. They called me on a Thursday evening saying I was going to receive a gift card in the mail for being a loyal Mastercard customer. They used the last four digits of my card. I didn't give them any information they didn't already have including phone, address.. except I offered up a secondary email address I use for spam. Then the person just kept talking and talking as I said thank you and pushed to **** up. Story ends 5 days later when my card fraud protection department called me to check on some flagged activity. My card was charge $3.95 and 19.95 for a "warranty" and I think a magazine. Name on the charge was "MySavingsPlan".Beware. Don't talk to them except to say do not call me a***n or I am filing a police report. If they keep calling you then file a police report or enter your phone number on "do not call registry."
calls my house over and over and over i called back and followed procedures for them not to call me - they said no more calls after 48 hours - but a week later they are calling me a***n
I have been getting telemarketers from****-555-3321 , they call 3 to 4 times a night everyday with a visa gift card offer . they have last 4 numbers of a cedit card they want me to comferm and want to record the confermation with their superviser. They DON"T take no! for an answer. Help!
It's not a telmarketer, they are running a credit card scam from India. They ask for someone and say they want to give them a VISA giftcard, but they need their credit card number. You can't call them back because it is a s****ed number. Just have your phone company block them from calling.
This number has been calling me every day for 2 weeks. Usually in the evening. Answered it once, they got my name wrong, so i ***g up. I tried calling back once as well, and the call wouldnt go through. I'm guessing its a telemarketer or so****ing.
unknown, wish theyd stop calling during dinner and afterwards. Anyone have this number as a problem? It says busy or can't be dialed.
Showed up as "DIR****T NY" along with that phone number. I don't answer calls like this one, but he left a message on my recorder saying "Hello", "Hello", like he didn't know he was talking to my recorder (Sigh!), or wondered if I was screening my calls.
