Recieved a call today from this number, I picked up and they asked for "The person in charge of paying the con ed bill" I said they weren't home and they ***g up before I could find  out where they were calling from

For the past 2 weeks I've been receiving calls from****-628-2905 today's had a caller ID of V06101542180029.  When I answer, there's no one there.  I called the number back and got an answering ma****e message that said "thank you for calling customer service, unfortunately all our representatives......" blah blah blah.  I left my number and a message to stop calling.  Does anyone know anything about this number?

why is this a** h.le keep calling my number are these people planning another 911?????
