ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE LOW LIFE'S. They give some bogus name, have heavy, heavy accents, so you know they are not Americans, just use some American name hoping you will fall for it. The most recent call I got came from "Patrick Watson", whom I see from previous notes here has been used before. They WILL not tell you who they represent, obviously because they don't represent ANYONE! No REAL credit person says "God bless you" at the end of the message anyway. Also they don't have 800 numbers for you to call back, so you are responding to them on your own dime. RIPOFF. The caller id number is foreign!

The person calling says they are from US Legal Investiation Department and his name is Officer Roger Smith with 971-628-2413 and says they are planning to sue..... I have no clue who they are

This is now the 2nd time that these people have called me, leaving messages and claiming that I will be sued for not complying with their allegations. The last time, they said that they were law enforcement officers' which is a felony for the deceit. Then one of their reps called some friends of mine, and told them that they too would be charge with fraud for helping me. By the way when i called them the 1st time, they****ured me that employee who slandered my name was no longer employed there - yeah right, considering he answered the phone a week later! now, they are telling me to call this number**** 628 2413; even though my caller id shows: 052 480 189. If you have ever applied online for a payday loan, they are selling your information along with your friend's reference information. They claim not to be a collection agency, and will not allow one to talk with a lawyer, even though they claim to be a part of the US Legal Dept Law Firm as well.i wonder if i should tell them, that i have a BS/MS in criminology, and have experience as a fraud investigator????

Google the guy's name who called you along with the phone number he left. Google "united Legal" along with the phone number an you will see they call people who's personal information has been stolen and they try to scam money out of you. Don't do it. Do your research. These people are Scam artists and will yell at you and scream - demand so****ing in writing or the do***ents that prove you owe them money and they will make so****ing up as to why they can't give it to you. Don't worry about these frauds.

These guys will call and use a fake name with a very strong foreign accent. They'll say you took out a payday loan and they have your SS#, Birthday and bank information. They can't do anything. Ask for so****ing in writing before doing anything. Do not send them any money. They are SCAM artists!! They've stolen your information from somewhere and will try to use it a***nst you. Truth is, they can't do anything. **** up on them or c****e your number. A***n DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. Please read the other listings on here, they're all the same and will use a different number every time. They're very convincing, but a***n - they are SCAM ARTISTS. There was a news clip on ABC nes about companies just like this who do this. I've been called 4 times in the course of a year and there has yet to be legal action when I demand paperwork from them. They won't give me anything in writing. So****ing is very wrong with that, so I know they're not legit. PLUS I don't have any payday loans that I've taken out, so I know they're lying.

I checked another listing and the company came up as rnk,I received the same phone call.

This person from a foreign country accent called my job and left a message that I was goimg to be sued if I don't pay for fraudulant transactions, and it almost cost me my job. Is there any legal action I can take a***nst this person.
