These people just won't quit... have filed a complaint with the FTC and the calls keep coming.  SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE THEM STOP!

I get a call from this number several times a day. No message is left. I haven't bothered to call back to see what it is about. I****ume that if they want me to return a call a message will be left.

With all the complains on this and other websites about****-677-0123 and many other numbers calling people, when you complain to FCC, the calls stop. then few days later another number s****s calling the same numbers. First question is: who benefits from all this calls? The first beneficiary of this kind of disturbance are the investigating software companies on the net. They even hide their name and the cost of their reverse search until you have used the first step and they hide the result of their reverse search until you pay.....go figure.

I got a call from this number 3 times today.  I did try to call back once but the phone was busy.  I have no idea who the company is as I have not called back a***n.  They never leave a message either so I figure it is not anyone that I need to be worried about but it is irritating.

The persons calling from (917) 677-0123 are trying to sell you on advanced education.  I’ve called that number about 3 times now and I’ve asked them to remove my name from their call list.  I’ve asked the person at the other end politely to remove my number from their list, that didn’t work.  The third call I made was a rude screamer and that didn’t work.  I’m game for filing a formal complaint if there is an organization or someone willing to follow up on the complaint. The caller is relentless!

Had a call from this number, looking for the phone company which serves  this number to file a complaint, anyone know which phone company it is?

This number has been calling me also.....on my voicemail message said they had an incomplete application and for me to call 4077188381. I have not filled out any applications......this has to be a scam to get more information from you......the person was foreign and I could barely understand him.

I keep getting a call from this number and I have no idea why.  I won't answer it but I would like it to stop.

I've never answered this, because I don't answer from people or numbers I don't know. They have called eight times today and I'm sick of it. I tried calling back but get the same ma****e everyone else gets. If anyone knows how to stop them, let me know!!!!

This number keeps calling me. I have caller ID and have let this go through to my answering ma****e.  They just **** up, never leave a message.  So it is safe to****ume that they know I don't want to hear whatever they are going to say.I am on the "do not call" list but it seems a lot of companies ignore this.

Same as listed above. Someone from a funding and grant company. I received these calls after hours and on weekends after speaking to colleges about furthering my education. I am going to email and complain to these colleges as well.

some grant funding company. They call me everyday for 3 or 4 days then c****e to anew number, same company. I've had calls from NY, Spokane, and Salt Lake City

caller id says International then the phone number did not answer no message left third time this week they have called. does anyone know who they are?

Says they are with a grant company. They can't speak English and call three times a day.

Hey, I received a call from a guy, he told his Name is Steve, can any one tell me how to reach them, because i really want to meet this guy and i want to teach him how to speak English. He always try to use accent but he can't ... i really hate him... he calls several times in a day... even I told him that I'll complain about him but yet this ****** guy keeps on calling... he is such a idiot...  i hate him..

Lady call me and wants to give out free grant money from New Yoork for just 1.85 for my credit card number

this number called me a couple of times today but i didn't answer because i was at work. i called back after i clocked out, and got a recording that said "all representatives are currently busy right now, please hold the line for the next available representative". i stayed on the line for two minutes but never got through. there was a recorded greeting, but the lady had such a strong accent that all i really understood was so****ing about being transferred to the customer service department.

I receive a call every day from this number.Do not answer.Not sure if they pay for time you are on the phone.The number is out of NYC.I have the location on the map down to the block.You can run a check on the number via google.You can pay a nominal fee to identify the owner of the number.If this persist, we should all notify them with their contact info to cease and desist.

IIs this number real or  is it phoney?   I have  my doubts about this.

This number has called me three times (so far) today within two hours.  It's very frustrating!  The third time, I was finally able to answer and I could hardly understand the guy on the line.  The call was so****ing about free grant funding, but, like I said, the guy had such a strong accent that I couldn't really understand him.  I have not requested any information about grant funding!
