I won a large amt of money on PCH

The message said I was about to lose a Publisher's Clearing House prize. I called back and the guy had my name, address and age. He must have quick googled me with my phone number. He said I won 2 million dollars. He gave me a number to call and I said just resend the info, you have my address. He abruptly ***g up saying he would do so.

The caller left message that she was from the Federal Trade Commission. I'm to contact Officer Hilton about my Publishers Clearing House winnings at number****-720-3148.

Called said this was not a solicitation and they were calling from the FTC, stating you are about to lose a significant sweepstake award from Publishers Clearing House and to call****-720-3148 and talk to officer Michael Hilton.

This person said they were with the FTC. And said I might have won
