Automated message. Caller ID says "Card Services". They call every 3 or 4 weeks with "Second and final chance to lower your credit card interest rate". They are not one of my credit card companies.

These people are criminals they do not play by the rules so you are wasting your time reporting them. They have been ringing my phone for fours years nothing works to stop them ! The phone company loves the because it's money in there pocket .

This is a scam the only thing they want is your credit card number
