Claimed to be currently looking for a bigger home for family, wondered if we might be interested in selling. My wife and I both received the same text at approximately the same time today, addressed by first name only, bit our names reversed - hers for me and mine for her.

wants to buy my house directly, no agents involved. Couldn't tell me who I was or provide his/her name.

Received text inquiring about selling my home for bigger family... this call originated in NY... I live in Iowa... and called me Cynthia as if familiar with me... My name is not Cynthia...
