I, too, am getting these calls from****-793-5552. I am going to my phone carrier to see if I can get this call "blocked" from getting thru on my Cell Phone.  If you answer and/or call back you are charged!  Maybe a call to the FCC is in order.

They keep calling on my cell phone, so I finally answer and it's a recorded message. I ***g up and then tried to call the number back and it says that all circuits are busy.

Called just now and didn't leave a message.

They called me today 12/10/2009 and when i tried to call them back it says it was an international call. why??

This number has called me twice and I did not answer.  They do not leave a message. I'm****uming after reading these posts that it is a scam.

This number calls my cell once a week, however, I never answer numbers I dont recognize. Looks like it was a good idea not to answer!

This number calls me everday and I don't answer. After reviewing this I trusted my gut. SCAM!!!!

Received a call to my cell from a lady statin to be from the credit card co. and that there was nothing wrong with my credit card but if I wanted to lower my interest rate to press 1 which I did and the call was ended right there, I called the number back and got a recording saying the number was not a working number and was disconnected with code 501. I then trace the number and wasn't able to get any information

Same as others. Said she was calling regarding our credit cards. She was told that we don't have any credit cards and ***g up.

once i go to a person i asked what credit company she was with she ***g up on me

Recorded message left on my voicemail stating they could lower my interest rate but I needed to act soon as time is running out.  Sounds like a scam to me!

Telemarketer female voice stating about to lower the interest rate of my credit card to 6.5%; once I asked what company she was calling it ***g up on me. Called back and the number is out of service.

Automated message with female voice stating they were calling from Card Holder Services, about lowing my credit card interest rates. Once transferred to an actual person, they stated they were calling on behalf of visa and mastercard, neither of which I have. He then asked what cards I do have, and I stated that I did not need their services and not to call a***n.I believe it to be a junk service.

Lady claimed to be from Card Holder Services but ***g up on me when I asked to be put on the no call list.Called back and the number was not in service with code I1-00  ( I won 00 ??)

Reported to be from Card Holder services, but did not report which card or bank they were affiliated with.  Sounds like a scam to me.
