From a text message, they addressed me by name, they claimed they have a parcel pending for me. The message did not mention who they were, but said: "Please claim ownership and confirm for delivery here:" and gave a link for me to press that began with l4sve.info/(with random alphanumeric code here)

This is a persistent, intentional, annoying scam. These *******s should be prosecuted.
