I know the job these people do is a nightmare and I guess just plain makes them rude. I was called to see if an employee still worked for us and was talked to like our policies and procedures were out of line. I went ahead and broke company policy because of the hostility I was presented with when I told her we needed a fax to verify info. When you receive telephone calls requesting employee info you have no idea who you are really talking to. That's why we require the fax. I will never be intimidated into giving this info verbally a***n. I also called back to discuss the incident with a supervisor & she was even more rude than the first person I talked to. For a company that needs my help they don't know how to make anyone want to help them. Can't wait until they need my help a***n.

Very unprofessional woman who violated the FCRA numerous times and she represents "Creditors Recovery" I will follow up with the FTC.
