I continue to receive phone calls from these people at my work number. First it was to my cell phone and after a few months, they began calling my direct work line, never leaving a message. This is Star Cash Processing. So****ing about a pay day loan. I have never****ociated myself with this company or with pay day loans in general. It seems like every time I answer, when I do answer, to tell them to stop calling me, it is the same man. He is very rude. I asked him to remove my phone numbers from their system immediately. He told me that they cannot so I will be continuing to receive calls until I settle the money owed to them. I don't owe any money to them and have never received any loans. I explained this to him and told him I am not the person they are looking for. He told me if I wasn't the right person than they shouldn't have my contact information. I asked for details of this said pay day loan. He sent me an email to the address I provided and its not even in my name and the account information does not have my work number on there. I asked him about this and he said that they "looked up my other numbers". I demanded they stop calling me and harassing me immediately because this was not my information and whomever they are looking for is not me. He said that he will continue to pursue this until I pay the loan off. I even asked to speak to someone else. He asked me why they had my phone numbers. um...*****o, you just said you supposedly "looked them up". Told them I would send a copy of my id card to prove it and if they continued to call me I will pursue further action.

Last night I rec'd call from this number - don't know why - but i answered. The man calling asked for someone that wasn't me - nor do I know this person. When I told him that & that he had a wrong number. He asked how long i had this number. I told him over a year. Then he rudely asked why i was answering this phone & taking messages for this other person. I once a***n told him - don't know the person he's looking for - don't know him - don't call me back & ***g up.  Today I called this number to see if I could find out who it was & make a complaint to remove my number from their call list. Cindy & Star Cash answered - I explained the call from last night & she said she'd remove my number from their database, but that it could take up to 48 hours so I may possibly get another call before it's removed.

The caller did not leave any message.
