I have received nearly 10 of these calls, but only recently realized they fall under a 2009 Federal Trade Commission regulation banning most robo calls.  Please report EVERY violation at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx , provided you are a US resident and the call is to your personal phone.  You don't need to be on the federal Do Not Call list to file a complaint.  The more complaints, the more the feds (or****ociated law firms?) will smell blood. :)

A woman said: "Hi, this is Victoria from RC ?? I have an important message for you. Please old the line. I am transferring you now." and then I ***g up. Not sure if (918) 442-0770 is really the caller number, but I am 100% sure about the message. I have only had my home phone for one week and my number is not being published, but I am already receiving spam calls. Pathetic.

Just received a call from this comany after a recorded message stating "Hi this is Victoria with RC Surveys."  Out of shear curiosity, I opted to completed the survey; which i received another recording saying "Th**** your captain speaking"  blabbing on and on about an all inclusive cruise if I completed their survey.  Further went to state that I would not be asked for my credit card number or checking account information.  After the survey, I was transferred to a live, yes I said live, operator that quickly said so****ing referencing 3 days and ***g up.   This has SCAM wrote all over it.  Came from 207-493-2612.....

Hi, this is Victoria and I'm calling from Survey R C...I have a important message for you....please hold I'm transferring u now.... Also calling from area code (207) and bothering people who are trying to work in private company in CT, multiple times in May 2011.

Saying I'm Victoria from RC Survey with an important message. Please hold the line. I hate those spammers and wonder how do they get numbers to call.

They called my cellphone.

No message left.

Called work phone with some survey.  ***g up immediately.

If you call their number a***n, they allow you the option of placing your number on their DNC list, saying "it may take up to 72 hours transfer your number" or so****ing like that. Crazy...

Received call from this number. Caller ID referenced CNS MRK RES...***g up when recording s****ed...

This company is a pain.  I thought it was illegal to use recorded messages...I want off their list all they do is bug me and keep me from working all day.

Went to voicemail and they purposely write a corrupt file to get you to call them.
