Trying to find out who was making this call. All I no is where it was from.

I received a phone call from this number. Missed call called it back asked me if I was they had my first name right last name wrong. When I told them the last name wasn't mine they ***g up. I called it back a***n . It was answered but no one said*****o this time or the first time I called it back. This time it was handed to a lady who asked me if this was DeLaine Hughes . I said who's calling . They ***g up. I don't know if it was a telemarketer or what. That's what I'm trying to find out.
