3 Mobile totally ****, getting about 8-10 calls a day to my mobile which is driving me insane, i have an old Nokia approx 10 years old and spend £30 PER YEAR ON CALLS with Orange pay as you go, who the***** would want my custom !! YES****AY it peaked at 14 calls in an afternoon.  Can i sue them for harassment?Arghhhhhhhhhhhh.

I used to be a telemarketer (hey, it paid the bills) and I know how annoyed people would get with these phone calls. But I will give you guys a hint, a lot of the time these calls are made from an automated system and the actual telemarketer has no control over who gets called. The person's name basically just pops up on a computer screen. I'm sure that's not how all the systems work, but that's how our's worked and it got frustrating getting screamed out for so****ing I had no control over. I'll give you guys another hint: if you aren't totally hateful (as with dealing with any person) it makes things much easier for both parties involved. Why waste your time and energy yelling at a person you don't know? I find it funny that even though I was (and still am) a full-time college student trying to pay my way through school, that I was still treated like a worthless human being and told to "get a real job." Maybe I am too sensitive, but next time you decide to yell at someone over the phone, think about the fact that they are, at the very least, a tax-paying member of society.

You can never escape calls from a company you have a pre-existing business relationship with.

This is the 3rd different company I've gotten calls from.  I agree, this is ridiculous!!!

I got the same call today 10 12 2010 a zillion time - we are on the no call list. they say its about your credit card but can't even give the last 4 digits

It's from Bank of America - They call to sell additional products and services. No a collection call.

Who ever this is calls ever day and I am on the Do Not Call Registry.  Cease and decist or I will call the authorities
