Called front desk to speak to a manager to complain, said he was put on long hold and heard employee talk about him. He asked the manager for a free night and when turned down, he said several slurs and threatened the manager.

this is a hotel. he called three of ours, same story, someone was rude to him, he's calling from the airport, he knows the executives at marriott, hilton, etc. doesn't want a free room but asks for one anyway. Mid 50's bald with fake large diamond ear rings. This guy is a real gem. He never goes out of character, even when you catch his lies he spins it back on to you and threatens everyone.

Called out hotel, asking to speak to GM, caller claimed they were filing complaint a***nst hotel and corporate. Guest never stayed at the hotel. After reading these, decided not to call him back.

Claims he spoke to a female agent at our Hilton property that had placed him on a long hold and also talked poorly of the guest. This is untrue and after attempting to ***n simple information to corroborate his claims the individual became immediately hostel towards the conversation and ***g up after saying ''Get Wrecked"

Very rude to staff, claimed we made a mistake and lost his return at the counter and that we need to refund him cash for 4 pairs of jeans that we lost. This did not happen. He did give a date and time of the occurrence but nothing of that sort happened at our store.

they ask for the manager and the person was very rude and when I told him that the manager was not available he said that I was very rude and follow by insulting me. we have several hotels in the area and he called all 3 of them doing and saying the same thing.

Contacted multiple hotels throughout the Snohomish County claiming to have had a negative experience with rude desk agent while trying to make a reservation in hopes to get a complimentary stay. Very Rude, con artist.

The call came in. Demanded staff connect him with GM immediately to 'Launch a complaint a***nst the property'. Stated was treated poorly by a female staff member on a specific date, and stated he wanted a free room or he would report to corporate/ he "worked for Ritz Carlton before". When asked to provide simple details/became irritated with erratic fast-talking, and he ***g up.

Same event as other comments. Received a call at my hotel from this guy demanding to speak to the general manager and making threats call corporate about a lawsuit. He never stayed at my hotel. After reading all of this, I don't plan on calling him back or taking his call.

Made claims we had lost the purchase he was wanting to exc****e, claimed to be calling corporate when I wouldn’t issue a refund

Claimed my front desk agent was rude to him and was extremely rude to me on the phone. Said was calling corporate and reporting her and was getting a free night....blah blah blah. RUDE ****!!

Called an a refund scam. Asked for some information to call back and cussed and ***g up. Caller ID said Shane Whitaker

Called Wendy's Claiming to have a messed up LARGE order and tried to get refund

Claimed he was doing a return and we lost his jeans and receipt. Talked about his life and just nonsense really. But wanted his money for the jeans we “lost”

Threatened to call corporate if we didn’t take care of him for a return that he claimed the cashiers lost while additional shopping was done in the store. When asked for more information, he yelled not to call him back and ***g up the phone.

Claims he spoke to a female manager that promised a money order for a Togo mess up. When asked questions about the situation, he gets angry and s****s cussing and making threats
