They left a voice message stating they were United Recovery Center. Good ole' debut collector.

This number has been calling my phone. They never say anything when i answer.

Annoying

I have gotten calls from this number also which seem to be overseas calls to me from a friend and when you answer it sometimes they are there and sometimes not.

I have gotten repeated calls from 918-895-9000 asking infromation about my daughter, who has not lived here for years.  She has repeatedly talked to them and they have her information.  I have told them to stop calling here, but they will not stop.  I would like to know where to call to report this nuisance.
