Who Called: Posing as Medicare, saying card was expired & they wanted my old #

Same overseas (India) scam telemarketer ID theft group, this call claimed to be US Healthcare, saying my old card was expired & asked if I received new card, he then wanted me to “verify” my acct. number so they could verify it. They have also called posing as a cable company, banks (fake fraud dept scam), selling health insurance, car warranties, solar panels, accident claims, loan scams, etc
