An elderly lady friend just received a call from this number. It is a differenct scam everyone needs to be aware of. A man with a 'heavy accent' wanted to help with some 'problems' on her computer. Unfortunately, she proceeded with the scam. I think she went to some web site and clicked on so****ing that downloaded, at the very minium, a 'remote access' software because she could see him take control of her cursor, etc. He appeared to be wanting to sell her so****ing, probably an anti-virus/spyware package. She does not have access to funds, so he did not get any money, but he did have access via remote software to her computer. I now have to go to her computer and run scans, look for spyware, etc.
