Called my house phone repeatedly. Made a lot of weird noises in the phone when he called a***n and a***n at 3 in the morning. Called back and got some kid who said his name was Justin. Sounds like just a prank caller with too much time on his hands. If it continues then I would suggest calling either his parents (if thats possible) or the police and have them get in touch with his family. Sounds like somebody needs their phone priviliges revoked.
