I got a call from someone who barely speaks english. They say they are first citizens bank ive been approved for $10000 loan backed by the government. Called first citizens back and its not them. The **** up when asked for paperwork or some king of proof of who they are. They ask for $390 for the loan insurance. Defiantly a scam
