This company will not stop using our address. We are not affiliated with them. They are calling consumers and threatening them with jail time if they don't pay them. When you call the number they will not give you their physical address.

Yes, my mother inlaw got a call from 919-408-7049.  Gave a case number. Said I missed a court date in North Carolina.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!!  Need more proof lookup 919-408-7049 on your search engine and you'll find ***dreds of postings the same as yours, the same as mine,  Report it!!!!

Mary Clark claims to be a special investigator and you must call in 24 hrs or risk legal action. I have kept a record of "Number Withheld" calls from them to do***ent for my attorney.  Texas frowns on illegal bill collector harassment.

I received a message last night on my voice mail from Sara McGee, special investigator, stating there was a case pending a***nst me and that my attorney or I needed to get in touch with them within 24 or 48 hours to resolve the matter.  She gave me claim#ODG-0287.  When I looked back at my caller ID, I noticed the number was blocked.  I did come to work this morning and call the 919-408-7049 and got the message to call back at normal business hours.  I will be calling back around noon time.  But in the meantime I work for a newspaper and I am going to contact a person in the Better Business Bureau and let them call.So****ing has got to be done about this!
