Unknown automated caller leaving message for an unknown person at my phone saying they are collecting a debt.

I have gotten two calls from this number in an hour.  Do not leave a message.

I recept their call every weekinitially, I think someone or a company call me has what is important.But then I realized it was a ma****e, not human.

I just got a call from 919-425-0051.  Its 815 AM 12/10/2009.No one responds.  WTH?
