They will call from different phones setup around the country. They are organized mob in nature who harass people on old bill without providing copies of bill and the nature of the service.

Received call at 09:05 am on Tuesday ,Arizona time. Never received a call before from this number. I am adding to my reject call list, via my cell phone.
