They called my cell 3/16/11 @ 3:38 p.m.I have no accounts with Fidelity, and I have not given them my cell phone number.Got to be some kind of scam.

It is interesting that when I returned the call that I received from "Fidelity",  the message said "Please leave your name, phone number and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER"   Doesn't Fidelity have that already??????Seems like a scam to me!!!!  My advice is if they are calling, don't give them any info...they should already have it...

This is a legit call from Fidelity Investments. They like to make sure that their customers are informed.

Caller provided his name and contact information and stated he was with Fidelity Financial Services. The phone call was in regard to an old 401k I had. He did not try to sell me anything but rather wanted to send me information from Fidelity so I could (if I wanted) transition my old 401k to a rollover IRA - which I already have with them.As far as I can tell, the call was legit since I had been in contact with Fidelity several times in the recent past and this was one item that I discussed with them (at my initiation).
