They try to trick you into paying for life alert. They claim it was already ordered, and we had to pay for it.

Life Alert type of scam. Claims system was already paid for by a family member.

Said that my Life Alert was paid for and ready to be shipped to me free. Just needed to verify my address. Press 1 to verify my address press 5 to decline do nothing if you already had the system.
