I get at least a call a day from this number and it is a debt collector of some sort. It always says Joe Frazier 919-794-4184. Company called NCC and they have several 800 and out of state numbers they call from. They never leave a message reguarding what they want.

These people call us all the freakin' time asking for someone named Tammy Leach.  We have told them time and a***n that there's ***ody at our number by her name but they still call.  Once the guy on the phone tried to convince my husband that he owed them money, too.  My husband asked them to send a bill and of course they ***g up.  Next time, I'm gonna be ready with a whistle.  I'm sick of this!

Won't stop calling

This phone number calling me on my cell phone constantly. I have told my phone company to block all telemarketers but still getting calls.

This number is continuously calling my number.  I don't know why

I got the exact same call...  a recording that says "to hear message in english, press 1."  Then music...  then someone answered, "NCC.  How can I help you?"  I said, "well - you are the one who called me..."  Then the guy ***g up on me.  Weird.  The number was 406-552-0349.  It is a Missoula, MT number.  So apparently, the same call is coming from various places all over the country...

I did a call block and called this number back.It is NCC, a division of Commonwealth So****ing or other.  My guess is a debt collection place....but no one ever answers or anything.They are now blocked on my end.....

2nd time they have called.  Missed the 1st call, out of the house.  2nd call I answered, a recording to press 1 to hear message in English. I did, and it went ot music, then NOTHING but dead air.  Sat the phone down where I could hear if it was a LONG delay, call dropped.  Still don't know what it is about.  It's aggravating.  I have family living in that area code in NC and I didn't know if someone got a new cell #.
