I kept getting this call as a reverse charge phone about 3 times and it says it was from the Alamance Detention Center. Who is this creep?

This person calls all the time!  The phone rings once and then they **** up.  When I try to call them back, it's always busy.  I was particularly annoyed when they called several times on Thanksgiving Day.  They even called at 5:30 in the morning!

This person called me prentending to be TV Azteca, which is a mexican TV Producer, of course it wasn't them because the number was local, i tried calling back but i get a busy signal so I don't know who they are, but i'd love to find out!

this dude calls here like 2 or 3 times everyday and when i call back all i can ever get is a busy signal. Who is this a**hole???
