Credit card scam!

Didn't answer and they didn't leave any message

Calls to offer reduced interest rate in credit card but then wants to charge $900 for the privilege. I stopped at that point and got a new credit card number. I've received a call from the same person using different phone numbers in the last 4 months. Unless they can tell you the name of the credit card company- not just visa-do not give them you card bunber
