I have had same problem. Multiple calls from this number. I performed an internet search and discovered the number belongs to LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS, LLC - NC . They are based in Raleigh, NC. They're networking, landline, VoIP type ofcompany..... they provide broadband services for ATT wireless. Makes me wonder why they **** up when you answer the phone...

I also had this number call and do the same thing.

I keep getting a call from this number but when I answer no one says anything. I tried calling it back and the phone rang twice and then gave a busy signal.
