They called saying they had a complaint filed a***nst me. I live in sc and they are in wisconsin. I have no business with people outside of my state. If they really needed my attention they would do more than just leave a voicemail without a name for the company.

A woman, names Donna called me from this number stating that the name of the firm is CPS, a consulting firm and that a complaint was filed a***nst me about an internet loan obtained back in 2013. In speaking with her, which I must say , she was extremely polite. she kept putting me on hold and said she needed to speak to the client regarding this matter because the original records were sealed!. now she continued to tell me that I owe this Direct Lending Company an total of $1796.95. I asked her to send me do***entation regarding this matter and she said she could not do that as they only are the collectors for the client. I asked her to send me an email regarding our conversation about this and a***n. they don't send out emails either. Now when you call the company itself, which it's listed as Ovation Communications of Wisconsin, Inc. they do not answer the phone as such..they simply say can I help you? I spoke a***n with Donna today regarding this matter, and a***n she said they do not send out any emails!!!! How does a big corporation as such who claims to be a middle man doe debit collectors not send any emails. I would like further information regarding this company.
