Leave a CommentYou have been calling my number every day since I got this new number. What a pain in the ### you are. Why do you keep calling if you are not going to answer????
STOP you SCAMMER!
i get a call from this number at least twice a day. as early as 9 am.never leave a message. if it important leave a message.stop the call. if i need insurance,i will fine someone. please stop.
I called the number, was greeted professionally, and the lady removed my name from the calling list. Thanks for posting your number to call, that's good business and shows integrity. The reason I looked this up, is because every time I answer, I get ***g up on. Anyone else has this problem, call them up and do what I did; get your name taken off their calling list. Not a big deal, and worth the 40 seconds I invested on making sure I don't get these calls a***n from them.
Correct, the same statement appears on multiple sites because I care about my business and the people it affects. That is why I am active on these forums and thorough, that is why it is posted on multiple forums. I agree with what you say nolo, but we do not require personal information. We have a name and address, the callers ask about vehicles in the household and other things that our customers can offer you, Joe consumer, a discount or better rate. We are not a vendor of information, we do not sell our contacts or their information to anyone, I am unaware of any telemarketing service that does such. Lead vendors do, that is a totally different business. I have a dual bonded T1! It gives great strength and s***d! I like it! I also have legitimate numbers! Hence why caller ID correctly identifies it as my company name and number. I have 125 outbound lines, occasionally some of them when they are****igned, take time to get properly registered through the phone company. Sometimes it says "subway" on the caller ID. I will work on this particular number with the phone company to get it reassigned so you don't get a "disconnected" message, thanks for your input. Benjamin
This is a canned response, cleverly designed to appear heartfelt and sincere. The same statement word for word appears on other sites of this type. One of the previous posts was correct in cautioning a***nst disclosing information to anyone who calls and asks for it. While legitimate telemarketing businesses do exist, they all sell information that they gather, and many of these types of calls are what is called a 'phishing' or fishing scam.I received a call from this number by someone claiming to be 'calling on behalf of' statefarm insurance, first red-flag. When I attempted to question the TSR, and was reluctant to answer her very forward questions, she immediately ***g up, second red-flag. T1 type of lines are what legitimate businesses use to handle high telephone volume, when you call them back, you never get disconnect messages, they usually just dont even ring. Strike three. Legitimate businesses have publicly listed numbers.Regardless of whether this is a call from a legitimate business or not it is still unwise to disclose any personal info to them because the risk is too great. People in this business buy and sell info all the time, and not just to other telemarketers but to other businesses as well. Worst case scenario is that this type of call comes from a scam artist who is trying to 'flesh-out' your profile so that the fraudulent credit application they are attempting to submit in your name will seem more believable.
Yet a***n, I receive a call from "920-338-9319". Yet a***n, no message left. Just a ****-up. The only thing that shows up on my caller id: "920-338-9319"After the interruption of my work from the unrequested phone call above, I now completely cease my current activities, and procedure to call this exact number back, which only results in the exact same scenario as the last time (see above) -- "The number you have reached has been disconnected or is no longer in service -- and then a very annoying series of 'fax type' beeps, following with a fast busy signal and finally it ****s up on you" -- This is EXACTLY what happens, this is NOT a conspi**** theory (as mentioned above) and it impossible to request who it is, who they are calling on behalf of etc... when they DON'T speak to you, they just **** UP on you. -- This is inappropriate and a***nst the law(s). Time to file complaints with the FTC and other regulatory and industry agencies for violations of the law(s). ICA_4u
You're gullible - just the way they like 'em! Don't fool yourself - if you didn't call THEM, then you DO NOT give them ANY info! And don't line anyone else's pockets by confirming your information, so they can turn around and SELL IT to another company and make money off you, while you sit and deal with all these nonsense calls, interruptions, and the like. If you wanted the service, product, etc.... YOU would have contacted the place yourself! Get a Grip "not-a-drama-queen-like-you" and step into REALITY! Once you've had your iden***y stolen, maybe you'll understand these situations and those who are now victims of same. ICA_4u
I understand many people per day, get many phone calls per day, please do not****ume that you getting a disconnected number off of your caller ID means it came from JCA. Remember, the only reason people know the name of our company, is because it shows up on caller ID. Disconnected numbers do not show up on caller ID. I care about my business, my employees, my customers and the general community, which is why I am active on these forums. I keep 70 people employed and and 70 families fed in a tough economy. I will do my best to resolve any issue in which I can. Benjamin
Called us. Call comes in as "local number" on ID and "920-338-9319". Does not leave a message. Upon calling back the - local call 920-338-9319 - CONVENIENTLY..... you receive the phone company message "The number you have reached has been disconnected or is no longer in Service". If it's legit, you'd certainly promote your company name not just list 'local number', you'd leave a message, and you'd most certainly have appropriate ****ods for accepting call backs and allowing those YOU HAVE BOTHERED with YOUR unrequested phone call, to CONTACT YOU BACK!! Do it right - or don't do it at all! ~~ Don't tread on me ~~

The problem, caring professional at JCA, is that the phone rings, I answer, no one replies and, after a moment the call is disconnected. I went to the phone and answered it for no reason. Thanks ever so much for interrupting whatever I was doing. No opportunity to get taken off the do-not-call list. I call back to get taken off the list and am told the number is disconnected.I know exactly why this happens, too. You're overloading your call queue and if no operator is available to take the call the computer dials, I get the ****up. I'll bet your people just love the pace.
I agree
Why do you call day in, day out, often 4 times a day, while most of the country is at work? Why should it be our responsibility to make a long distance phone call to have our phone number removed from your database when it's obvious we don't want to speak with you? Show some respect to begin with, make your call, you don't get a reply after 300 attempts, get a clue!

You are a *****. Enjoy your insurance
920-338-9319 shows up as "JCA Invest". However, by the comments listed below, it apparently is an insurance company. Why do they dba under "Invest?" Actually, I don't care. JCA Investment...Don't call me to sell me insurance or anything else! Why, because I have insurance, I like my insurance and if I ever need insurance (or anything else) I WILL GO LOOKING. I don't want to be bothered to answer your phone call, you're a nuisance and I'm NOT interested. You've called me twice recently... I have now blocked your number so harrass someone else.
The number to be taken off of our calling list is 920-338-9440. My staff is very courteous and professional. Another way to get taken off the list is to pick up the call and just ask. We can't remove you if we don't talk to you and get asked to be removed. My business and the reflection it makes is important to me. That is why I monitor these reports and appreciate all the positive feedback, and will do my best to fix the negative feedback.

left message in a weak voice "I need help"
Seriously drama queen, get over it. They ask for an address and vehicle that you drive. You are just an an****elemarketer. The company calls on behalf of multiple insurance agencies nationwide. They are simply a marketing company and their customers are insurance agents. Ask for the name, address, location and phone number of the agency they are calling on behalf of if you don't believe it but don't spread lies based on your conspi**** theories.
Claim to be representing State Farm Insurance. Don't give out any information to places like this. They can claim to be anyone, and if you give them any information they can create some serious heartburn. If they are legit, they would already know the facts. Don't fall for any solicitations over the telephone.
I've been called almost daily from this number solicitating for State Farm Insurance. I called the number Chris provided (920-338-9440) and the lady who answered was very professional and said my number would be removed.
receive calls from this number somewhat frequently lately, never leaves message and when I call the number back it just rings forever
