Said they were sending the police to me because I wouldn’t give them my name I told them they had the wrong number because they ask for some man

Texts offering to buy a house at a specific address (that I do not own or live in).

They were going to go to my home or work to arrest me

Left a voice-mail saying they were going to file legal paperwork within 24hrs and could help me with an economic hardship settlement with minimum payments. No name was given, just that I could avoid legal proceedings if I called them back. Funny because I 100% know that I don't have any debt, I'm not poor and I don't use credit cards. Bogus call. Don't trust it!

Scam debt collector calling from VOIP numbers. They have no legal rights to do anything, do NOT give them your information!!!

Same as everyone else. So I called them back and their company name is Global Services. They weren't looking for me but someone who used to have this number.

Message left. No name, no company name... just " due to filling to pay your past due charge off that collection account. We now have the legal right to file a wage garnishment under your name and social security number. If you want to resolve this matter without any further action, contact our office directly at area code. 6506459664. Thank you. " Phishing scam using scare tactics.

Same message as the rest. Legal matter paperwork and garnishment. They don't state the name of company Who is calling , to who money us owed or who they are calling for. Feels like a collection scam. Definitely sounds like one. Tired of the BS calls.

They call me 10 times a day from different numbers but won't tell me anything worth knowing I contacted the bank that they said I had as well as the creditor and neither have ever heard of me. These people need a new hobby

Threatening legal action/garnishment of my wages for a serious legal matter. I have no outstanding debt nor collections activity. I get 5 to 6 calls a day about this nonsense!

Didn't say his name or where they were calling from or what it was about only that they have legal do***ents and they are going to garnish my wages. They did not say a company name nor give the name of the person talking. Also did not say my name at ant time ...They just said a legal matter and are s****ing wage garnishment ..However I am on Social Security disability and if they were legitimate they would know that..
