This may be an auto-spammer that is "phishing" for active numbers by registering answered calls or a request to be put on a "do not call list". I get calls from this # and no voice message is left. I called using my Gmail 'Call Phone' 3 times and always get recording saying: "Hello and thank you for calling; if you would like to be placed on our do not call list please press 1 now." I'm not sure, but this may be a trick to register a live number. I am just going to black list this number

Ignoring the phone calls doesn't work, they call back. I finally called them back and selected option #1, this took my phone number off their caller's list and the phone calls stopped.
