This is their way of skirting the "do not call list" and the people who are on it; they call and pretend to be looking for someone who obviously does not live at the residence with that phone number to get away with violating the do not call list. They know the number that they are calling is on the do not call list and when you answer and say that they have the wrong number they then try to sell you so****ing and say it was an "honest mistake".  Yeah right.
