Wanted to know if i wanted to sell them my house

The person knew my first name and home address and asked if I'd be interested in selling my house in the next year or so.

they were calling about my late ***her in law who passed away a couple of months ago about a court case he missed. they said that he lived with me but he didn't he lived in indiana . that they were going send some to my house to get him. i told them that he never lived with me.

They were looking for someone to be home to sign for a letter

Initially the number text hi and after I responded how could I help them they acted like maybe they had the wrong number and after a couple of replies back and forth they asked what my name was, twice. Definitely su****ious.
