I received a call from this number, claiming I obtained a loan from a online payday lender by the name of First Cash. They had a lot of my info such as my SSN, but at first the number she quoted was similar but not my actual SSN, then she finally quoted the correct number. I did not comfirm the number though. I had never gotten a loan from this company. She claim I was being charged with two counts of fraud for not paying the check when it was presented. She never said what bank, but was very quick to say that she was ready to take a settlement to clear the matter up. The thing that ****ed me off was that they called my job and actually told the person that answered the phone that they were going to serve me at work if I didn't call them back. The mere fact that they use these type of scare tactic's let's me further know that they are not on the up and up as well as them not giving good specific information about the loan and the lender. I always look up the number that the person called from as well as check to see if the lender is a licensed payday lender in my state before I get all worried about if I did obtain this loan and just forgot about it.
