I just called (925) 215-1038 and a person answered with "California Service Bureau". I just wanted to know who they are, so I ***g up. I guess I could look them up under the Better Business Bureau and find out more about them. However, it does, in fact, sound like a collection agency.
Pressed #9 to speak with someone, sat on hold for several minutes, then was disconnected. The greeting did ask if I was "Tom Ace" (which is me) press 9. I owe so many creditors, I'm sure this a legit collection agency of some sort.
