Don't leave a message called 2x this week

Just got a call from this number. Tried calling back but said number was disconnected.

Called me numerous times a day!  Can't seem to find any concrete info as to what company.  Just know it belongs to (per public records) to ***ter Jerry369 Ewing Pleasanton 94566 925 218-2222.  Now what company does he work for and what is it he's looking for?!?  Annoying solicitation calls!

Got a call from this number today, called back but it was disconnected. Searched for it on whitepages.com, and it belongs to a Jerry, Doug, and Ralph ***ter in Pleasanton, CA. I don't know these clowns clearly!!

Received at least 4 calls from this number in the last 2 days. Did not answer.

Called me 3 times with no message or answer.

Called my phone i didn't answer because i didn't know the number.  As soon as it said one missed call i tried to call it back and it said sorry this number is no longer it service but they just called 20 seconds ago? That doesn't make sense to me.  i looked it up and it was Jerry ***ter in California some where.
