I received a call this morning from Craig Miller (Indian accent) from 925-232-0808. He told me I was being sued by Cash Advance USA. I asked him what company this was because I have never done business with someone called Cash Advance USA. He told me I should have already received my papers. He screamed at me, told me I was going to jail and ***g up on me. He had my name, phone number, and last four of social. I called the number back that he gave me and another man answered. He gave me a different name, but I think it was the same person. He asked for my case number. I told him I did not have that and kept asking for the name of the company that this suit was from and a supervisor. He told me he was an attorney and there are no supervisors. He then screamed at me and called me a 2 dollar w***e and a b***h and ***g up on me. I called the attorney general office's office and was told this was a scam and to ignore it.

got a call from a SCOTT ADKINS, with a East Indian accent. i had su****ion about the call and his threats. Got to know that it's a SCAM. These ppl are are calling from overseas and trying to commit fraud on us AMERICANS. The Justice System should put in end to these harassing and annoying phone call.

I ignored the call got a voice mail checked the voice mail and they said I being sued , and I better callback ! I tried to call the number back as instructed it rings once and ****s up. I googled the number and found several posts about fraud. thank goodness for sites like this I may have fallen for a fraud :)
